2.1 User Data Ownership: You retain complete and unencumbered intellectual property rights, copyright, and distribution rights to all images you load into the tool and all data matrices, coordinate sets, CSV, Excel (.xlsx), JSON, Python, MATLAB, and LaTeX snippets generated by the tool.

2.2 No Claim by AI Graph Reader: AI Graph Reader asserts zero ownership, claims, or licensing rights over your digitized scientific datasets, financial charts, patents, or confidential publications.

3.0Permitted Use & License Grant

We grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty-free license to use the AI Graph Reader web application for:

• Academic scientific research and journal publications.
• Commercial data extraction, financial analysis, and engineering reports.
• Personal and educational training.

You agree not to attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, or flood the service through automated denial-of-service attacks.

4.0Scientific Accuracy & Verification Disclaimer

While AI Graph Reader employs high-precision sub-pixel coordinate mapping and automated calibration algorithms, image artifacts, non-linear scanner distortion, and optical aberrations in source figures may impact exact numeric outputs.

User Responsibility: For mission-critical engineering, clinical dosage calculations, or legal proceedings, users should utilize the provided 4x crosshair loupe magnifier to visually verify coordinate alignment before relying on exported numerical outputs.

5.0Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL AI GRAPH READER OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
